Shipping & Handling Time

Every controller and Digital Eyes Kit sold by DmitriyCreations is hand-assembled, flashed, and tested by me personally before it ships. This is not a warehouse operation — each unit gets individual attention so that when you open the box, it works. That takes time. Please read the handling time details below before selecting a shipping speed.

Handling Time (Assembly + Testing)

Handling time is the time between when your order is placed and when the unit is boxed and dropped off at the carrier. This is separate from shipping transit time.

  • Standard handling time: 3 to 7 business days from order to ship

  • September and October (Halloween peak): 7 to 10 business days

  • Late November and December (Christmas peak): 5 to 7 business days

Important — Please Read Before Choosing Shipping Speed

Selecting USPS Priority Mail, Priority Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air at checkout only affects the transit time AFTER the unit ships. It does NOT reduce the 3 to 7 business day assembly and testing window.

If you need an order by a specific date, message me BEFORE placing the order at dmitriycreations00@gmail.com and I will confirm whether it's possible.

Shipping Time (After Assembly, Domestic US)

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2 to 5 business days in transit

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days in transit

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 to 2 business days in transit

  • UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days in transit

  • UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day in transit

International Shipping

International orders ship via USPS International or DHL, with transit times of 7 to 21 business days plus customs clearance.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge

  • Some countries restrict lithium-ion power banks and USB power adapters — the USB adapter is excluded from international orders outside Canada

  • Delivery timelines outside the United States are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed

Total Time From Order to Delivery — Example

Order placed in October with Priority Mail shipping:

  • Assembly and testing: 7 to 10 business days

  • Priority Mail transit: 1 to 3 business days

  • Total: roughly 8 to 13 business days from order to arrival

Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once your unit ships from Los Angeles, California

  • If you have not received tracking within the handling window listed above, please email me and I will look into your order

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is out of my control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, email me at dmitriycreations00@gmail.com and I will help you file a claim with USPS or UPS.
