Welcome to DmitriyCreations. By accessing or purchasing from this website (dmitriycreations.com), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

About DmitriyCreations

DmitriyCreations designs, hand-builds, and sells custom electronics for Halloween props, animatronics, cosplay, and DIY builds — including the Prop Activator Controller, Scare Actor Helper Controller, Digital Eyes Kits, and related accessories. All products are designed, assembled, flashed, and tested in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Products

All products listed on this website are custom built to order. Product listings, images, videos, and descriptions are provided in good faith and reflect the product at the time of publication. Screen colors, materials, and packaging may vary slightly from images.

The demonstration props, skulls, masks, mannequins, or heads shown in product photos and videos are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT included with any purchase unless the product listing explicitly states otherwise.

Product Use

  • All DmitriyCreations products are intended for indoor and outdoor Halloween prop, theatrical, cosplay, and hobbyist use

  • Products are NOT rated for permanent outdoor exposure to rain, snow, or freezing temperatures

  • Products are NOT medical devices, safety equipment, or intended for life-critical applications

  • Products contain low-voltage electronics (5V USB-C) and should be kept away from water and out of reach of small children

Ordering and Custom Configuration

When you place an order, you may be prompted to specify a variant (eye animation style, extension length, trigger type, etc.). If a variant selection is required and you do not respond to my follow-up message within 5 business days, I will build and ship a reasonable default configuration to avoid holding up your order. Please check your email (including spam) after ordering.

Payment

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or the payment processors made available at checkout. Prices are listed in US Dollars. All orders are charged at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping and return policies are governed by the separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy pages linked in the footer of this site and at checkout. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of both policies.

Intellectual Property

The hardware designs, firmware, eye animations, product photos, videos, documentation, and written content on this website are the original work of DmitriyCreations. You may use products purchased from this site for personal projects, commercial displays, film, theater, and haunted attractions with no royalty or copyright restriction.

You may NOT copy, resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the firmware, animation files, or hardware designs for the purpose of manufacturing competing products.

Warranty

All DmitriyCreations electronics carry a 7-day functional warranty from the date of delivery. If a unit is Dead On Arrival, damaged in shipping, or does not function as described in the product listing, contact me at dmitriycreations00@gmail.com within 7 days for a replacement, repair, or refund per the Refund Policy.

Damage caused by improper installation, moisture, physical impact, incorrect power supply, or user modification is not covered.

Limitation of Liability

DmitriyCreations, Yelena Slobodskaya, Dmitriy Slobodskiy, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from this site — including but not limited to lost profits, event cancellations, prop damage, or third-party equipment damage. Maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
