This 1.28 inch replacement TFT display is a direct drop-in screen for the Digital Eyes Kit Original, V2, and Robot. If your screen was cracked during installation, damaged inside a prop, or stopped displaying animations, this replacement screen gets your kit working again — no soldering or reprogramming needed.
1.28 Inch Replacement TFT Display — Compatibility
This screen is compatible with three Digital Eyes Kit versions:
- Digital Eyes Kit Original — 1.28 inch (35.7mm) round LCD, single animated eye style
- Digital Eyes Kit V2 — 1.28 inch (35.7mm) round LCD, 5 switchable animated eye styles
- Digital Eyes Kit Robot — 1.28 inch (35.7mm) round LCD for cosplay helmets, robots, and custom builds
Not compatible with the Mini (20mm) or 2.8 Inch versions — those use a different screen size, Connector. and Controller
When You Need a Replacement
- Screen cracked or scratched during prop build or handling
- Display stopped powering on or showing eye animations
- Damaged ribbon cable from repeated removal and reinstallation
- Building a spare kit or backup unit for haunt season

How to Install the Replacement TFT Display
- Power off your Digital Eyes Kit and disconnect the USB cable
- Gently unplug the old screen's ribbon cable from the controller board
- Connect the new replacement TFT display cable to the same port
- Power the kit back on — animated eyes appear immediately, no setup needed
No tools, no soldering, no reprogramming. Plug in and go.

Best thing to have especially if you have multiple animatronics I set this up in my hobby room with my home depot starwars animatronics works great the remote is a must I can set durations for each hit the button and it’s awesome
