This 16 inch SELECT button extension cable adds reach to the SELECT button on any Digital Eyes Kit β V2, Robot, Mini, and 2.8 Inch β so you can switch eye animations without opening your prop. It also works as a miniature hiding switch for the Actor Helper Controller, a trigger for the Prop Activator Controller, and other DIY projects.
16 Inch SELECT Button Extension β What It Does
Every Digital Eyes Kit includes a SELECT button on the controller board β usually buried inside a prop. This extension cable moves the button outside the prop so you can change eyes without disassembly. Route the cable through a small hole and mount the button wherever you can reach it.
Also Works With
- Actor Helper Controller β use as a miniature hiding switch
- Prop Activator Controller β manual trigger or test button during setup
- Arduino / Raspberry Pi β standard momentary push button with 2-pin connector
- Any DIY prop project β a simple normally-open momentary switch on a long lead
16 Inch Button Extension β Specs
- Cable Length: 16 inches
- Button Type: Momentary push button (normally open)
- Connector: 2-pin, plugs directly into any Digital Eyes Kit SELECT header
- Compatible With: All Digital Eyes Kits (V2, Robot, Mini, 2.8 Inch), Actor Helper Controller, Prop Activator Controller
Need more reach? The 36 inch version is also available. The 16 inch button extension is the right choice when your controller is within arm's reach of an access point.
Let customers speak for us
Your LCD Digital Eyes Kit was unique, and pretty straight forward to install. I will be buying another pair for another prop I plan to add to my yard. Thanks Dmitry.
Too cool! Last year was chaotic with all the stick motion sensors tested it out yesterday and really like the product.
Great product , would do Buisness again
Awesome! Great product! Amazing customer service!
These are amazing. I love them!! Dimitry is incredibly helpful in working out any kinks. I highly recommend these digital eyes! They are the hit of the neighborhood every year!
Easy to program and works exactly as described. GREAT device! I highly recommend.
They are amazing!!!! I got everything that was promised!!! No regrets at all!
Great product so simple to use and great after purchase support. I had a lot of user errors and he walked me through every question I had and even helping me connect an animatronic from Samβs Club that had a different foot press connection. This is a great item and my display is so much better with this
These controls are the BEST!! they are so easy to set up & it has made Halloween animatronics display more organized. It's great to hear them go off one at a time instead of sounding like I am at Home Dept on a Saturday afternoon. I plan to order more for Christmas.
Works great!! Now I push just one button instead of multiple buttons. Easy to set up. Highly recommended
The prop activator is a game changer! It is very easy to use, it's well designed/versatile and the documentation is excellent. I wish I had discovered this several years ago. I can't wait to see the kids reactions. Honestly, this is one of the best products I have bought in a long time.
thanks worked great
I purchased this set of eyes (small version) for a plastic skull I purchased from Target. My project came out great!!! Fantastic eyes for this skull. I had been thinking about doing this for a while. Your online tutorial really helped me as well. Thank you Dmitro for your eye kit. I finished just in time for Halloween.
Great product!
Awesome company! They make a great product, and their delivery was on time as promised! I will order from them again when needed! From Parrots For Patriots Headquarters - Vancouver, Washington.
