Digital Eyes Kit — Rotwing Parrot Edition
Replace the parrot's stock single-color red LED eye with twin animated 20mm TFT LCD displays running five custom parrot eye animations. Two ways to control the animations, built-in and side by side — pick either one anytime, no re-flashing, no software required. Install takes about an hour with basic hand tools.
Pick Your Install Type
With Wire Harness (from $115) — Custom pre-terminated harness taps into the parrot's 5.9V line so the eyes power on/off with the parrot itself. Cleanest install, no external cable to hide.
No Harness / USB-C Powered (from $99) — You supply your own 10 or 12 ft USB-C cable. The eyes run independently from the parrot's electronics — safest, no cutting, no soldering, and you can remove the eye screens without touching factory wiring.
Two Ways to Control the Eyes — Both Included, Both Ready to Use
1. Wi-Fi Remote Control Panel (New)
The controller broadcasts its own Wi-Fi hotspot. Connect your phone, tablet, or laptop, open any web browser to 192.168.4.1, and you get a full control panel — nothing to download, no app to install, no account to make. Works on iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows, anything with a browser. From the panel you can switch animations, turn the eyes on/off, set a daily on/off schedule, enable auto-rotate through all 5 animations every 1–60 minutes, rename your Wi-Fi network, and push future firmware updates over Wi-Fi.
2. 16" SELECT Button Extension (Original — Included with Every Kit)
A 16" extension cable with a physical SELECT button, included in every controller as the original manual control method and as a backup if you can't reach the Wi-Fi UI. Press the button to cycle through the 5 animations. Mount it or hide it anywhere inside the parrot — easy to swap in the field, no phone needed. The controller remembers your last selection after power loss.
Both control methods are always active side-by-side. You never have to choose one — the SELECT button and the web UI work at the same time.

Power on/off — turn the eye animation on or off from your phone
Daily Schedule — set an ON and OFF time so the eyes run themselves every day (great for haunted attractions and long displays)

Wi-Fi settings — change the network name and password to make it your own
OTA firmware updates — install future improvements over Wi-Fi in ~15 seconds, no USB cable or computer needed

Great Prop Activator! At first I was skeptical when I came across Dmitriy's YouTube video regarding this prop activator but decided to purchase one regardless. Best decision ever! Instead of props talking over each other you can control the timing and sequence of when each one is activated. I liked the first one so much that I ordered another one to add more animatronics to control the timing. Highly recommend this product. NOTE / HINT - be sure to watch the two videos regarding how to use this timer. The very first prop activates when the trigger is pressed. The time for Prop 1 is how long it plays before the 2nd prop starts, then Prop 2 time is how long it plays before the 3rd prop starts, etc. Timing is spot on, easy to program.

I have 2 of these animatronic prop controllers that are daisy-chained to control 9 props in a sequence triggered by a motion sensor. It makes these Home Depot and Lowe’s props so much better! No more talking over each other or having to deal with crappy sensors on the props. One motion sensor with selectable sensitivity triggers all of my props perfectly. Setup was so easy. And I love that I can repeat props in a custom sequence. I have the Hoke Depot Ultra Skelly and I have him telling a story. So he gets to speak multiple times and these controllers made that easy.
The customer service is great. Dmitry answered all of my emails within 24 hours and I sent him several.
This is a hands-down must buy for anyone with multiple animated props.

These digital eyes are awesome, they really bring my prop to life. Being able to switch to different color eyes is a bonus, it gives me you different options that best match your prop.
